WWS OFFERS T&C

1. Offer 1 – iPhone Duo

1.1. Customers must make a qualifying purchase on the Centrepoint website or app and apply promo code WWSDUO at checkout to participate.

1.2. One eligible winner will be selected through a randomised computerised draw conducted under Centrepoint's supervision after the campaign ends.

1.3. The winner will receive the advertised iPhone Duo, subject to eligibility verification, and will be notified within 28 days after the campaign ends.

2. Offer 2 – Shukran Points

2.1. Customers must make a qualifying purchase on the Centrepoint website or app and apply promo code WHITEWEDNESDAY at checkout to participate.

2.2. Participants must be residents of eligible participating GCC countries and maintain an active, valid Shukran account until reward fulfilment.

2.3. Up to 1 million Shukran Points will be awarded to set of winners through a randomised computerised draw after the campaign ends, based on the published prize allocation and winner structure.

2.4. Shukran Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative benefits.

3. Campaign Validity & Participation

3.1. Both offers are valid from 21 October to 2 December 2026, inclusive, on the Centrepoint website and app in participating territories.

3.2. Customers must apply the relevant promo code before completing checkout. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

3.3. Participation, order verification, and reward claims must be linked to the same Centrepoint account.

4. Qualifying Orders & Eligibility

4.1. Only eligible orders meeting the applicable purchase conditions, minimum spend (if any), and product exclusions will qualify.

4.2. Cancelled, fully returned, fully refunded, unpaid, or fraudulent orders will not qualify. Cash-on-delivery orders qualify only after successful delivery and payment collection.

4.3. Each qualifying order constitutes one entry into the corresponding offer, subject to the applicable participation limits.

5. Winner Selection & Verification

5.1. Winners will be selected through randomised computerised draws after the campaign concludes, in accordance with applicable regulations.

5.2. Centrepoint reserves the right to verify identity, account details, and qualifying transactions before confirming reward entitlement.

5.3. If a winner is ineligible or fails to complete verification within the communicated deadline, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Winner Notification & Reward Fulfilment

6.1. Winners will be contacted through their registered contact details within 28 days after the campaign ends

6.2. Physical prizes will be delivered to verified eligible addresses, and Shukran Points will be credited to verified Shukran accounts within the communicated fulfilment timelines.

6.3. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Equivalent or higher-value prize substitutions may be made where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.

7. Fraud, Misuse & Disqualification

7.1. Centrepoint reserves the right to disqualify participants involved in fraud, manipulation, multiple-account misuse, automated entries, bots, or other unfair practices.

7.2. Artificial transactions, repeated cancellations, or returns intended to manipulate entries may result in disqualification.

7.3. Centrepoint may withdraw reward entitlement or reverse credited points for ineligible transactions, subject to applicable law.

8. Campaign Modifications & Technical Issues

8.1. Centrepoint reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify, suspend, or cancel either offer where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law.

8.2. Centrepoint shall not be responsible for technical failures, network disruptions, or incomplete entries, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

9. Privacy & General Conditions

9.1. Customer information may be processed for participation verification, winner selection, notification, and prize fulfilment in accordance with Centrepoint's Privacy Policy.

9.2. Winner details or images may be used for campaign publicity only where legally permitted and with consent where required.

9.3. The Shukran Points offer remains subject to the Shukran Loyalty Programme Terms & Conditions.

9.4. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Nothing herein limits rights protected under applicable consumer laws.

Entries generated through bulk registrations, multiple accounts, automated systems, bots, or any other unfair or unauthorised means shall be deemed invalid and may be cancelled without notice.

Centrepoint shall not be liable for any technical errors, system failures, network disruptions, delays, lost, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted entries that may affect participation in the campaign.

Centrepoint shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in the campaign or acceptance of the prize.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Centrepoint may use the winner’s name, initials, city of residence, and/or image for promotional, marketing, or publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law.

Participation in this campaign constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms & conditions and Centrepoint’s validation, verification, and decision-making processes, which shall be final and binding.
