When will I receive my order?
Standard delivery: Your products will be delivered in 4-6 business days.

What if I am not at home when my order arrives?
If you’re not at home to receive a standard delivery, our delivery partner will call you to schedule a day and time that is convenient for you. If you miss this delivery, they will make two more attempts.
If you’re still unavailable to receive your order after the third attempt, it’ll be returned to us. Call us on 800-7-6927 within two working days of the third attempt and we’ll schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better.

Delivery is free on orders of OMR 20 and above. If your total order value is less than OMR 20, you will be charged OMR 2 for delivery.
